Pyramid Books began with #11 in 1949 and continued into the mid-1970's. This line covered every genre including westerns, mysteries and juvenile delinquent novels. The early covers had outstanding artwork by talents such as: Julian Paul, Victor Olson, Robert Maguire, Harry Schaare and George Geygan. Collectible authors include: Day Keene, Harry Whittington and Jim Thompson.
